LEY TWP, ON – OPP responded to a motor vehicle collision on Havilland Shores Drive in Ley Township yesterday morning at 9:30 a.m.

A 2006 Honda car travelling southbound on Havilland Shores Drive rounded a curve in the roadway in the northbound lane and struck a 1997 Dodge van that was travelling northbound.

A passenger in the van, 37-year-old Karen Kenoski of 59 Williams Street in Sault Ste. Marie, was transported to Sault Area Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Fifty-six-year-old Mary Greco of 261 Marlette Drive in Goulais River was charged with failing to share roadway under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
