NEWS RELEASE

********************** On the 18th of July at approximately 9 p.m. the accused 20-year-old Donald Irvine Jordan Jr. of 28 Wellington street East Apt. #3 did [allegedly] commit damage to a fence by destroying the fence then burning it in a fire.

The fence did not belong to the accused and was situated at 151 Anna Street.

The accused was arrested a short while later at his residence and charged with one count of mischief under $5,000.

It was also revealed that the accused was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court and was charged accordingly.

The accused is to appear in court today.
