************************* City police are asking for the assistance of the public regarding a motor vehicle collision they are investigating that occurred on Monday the 21st of January at 9:11 a.m. on Moss Road.

A 37-year-old female that was driving a 1998 green Chevrolet Cavalier southbound on Moss Road had to swerve to avoid colliding with a white minivan that was reversing from a driveway on Moss Road.

The driver of the Chev lost control and slid into the ditch.

The female driver of the van stopped to see if the other driver was okay and then left.

The driver of the Chev had to attend later at hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

There was no vehicle damage reported.

The City Police are requesting the driver of the white minivan involved in this accident to call Traffic Services 949-6300.
