Do North

Over a month ago, we invited invited everyone to take a shot at being a Northern Ontario travel journalist and to share stories about the Algoma District that will encourage others to “Do North.”

Why? Because we know that nobody knows the North like a northerner.

People shared their northern stories. And lots of them. There were amazing stories about all the things people love about Algoma — their favourite place or thing to do in Sault Ste. Marie or anywhere in the Algoma District. People even sent in photos and videos about the place we call paradise.

Although there were many amazing stories of the north, the top ten most shared “Do North” entries were entered in the random draw.
