Cause

Tree contacts - high winds causing trees to contact high voltage lines.

PUC staff are currently investigating the cause of the interruption and will take corrective action by making repairs or switching around the problem as soon as possible.

Description of area involved

Third Line north to City Limit and east of Maki Road South of Second Line; west of Allen's Side Road to Airport Road and Point Des Chenes. Point Aux Pins Road south to Pointe Louis Drive.
