Times and places:

1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Captain Tilley Community Centre, 592 Highway 552 West, Goulais River, Ontario

and

5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Aweres Public School, 185 Highway 556, RR2, Sault Ste. Marie, ON

The proposed 25 MW Goulais Wind Farm is planned to be constructed on private land within the Pennefather and Aweres townships.

The wind farm site is located on the plateau between Highway 17 and the Prince II Wind Farm approximately five km northwest of Heyden and five km south of Goulais River.

The project has a 20-year, 25 MW Feed-in-Tariff contract with the Ontario Power Authority.

Written copies of the supporting draft documents are available for public inspection online; at the Sault Ste. Marie North Planning Board, 669 Wellington St. East, Sault Ste. Marie, ON; and at the Goulais River General Store Downtown Ltd., 617 Highway 552 West, Goulais River, ON.
