On January 26 2013 police observed a vehicle go through a red light at Wellington and John St.
 
When stopped by police it was noted that the driver was wearing hockey skates as he was on his way to a hockey rink.
 
The driver was on an undertaking with a condition of not to consume alcohol and it was noted by the officer that there was an odor of alcohol on his breath.
 
45-year old Derek Lepage of 397 Northland Rd was arrested and charged with Breach of an Undertaking.
 
He is to appear in court on March 4 2013.

On the 26th of January 22 year old Hannah Harvey of 99 Letcher St. was checked by police on Albert St. near Blucher St.
 
A records check showed that she was on probation with a condition of not to be in that area.
 
There was also a warrant requested for a similar occurrence on the 25 of January.
 
She was arrested and charged with two counts of breach of probation. 
 
She is to appear in court on March 4, 2013.
