David John Attwell charged with drinking and driving

************************* OPP RIDE check still happening!

ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On March 4, 2008, while conducting a RIDE and a seatbelt check, the OPP stopped a vehicle at 10:31 a.m.

After speaking with the driver, police charged the driver.

Charged with over 80 is David John Attwell (64) of Elliot Lake.

Attwell is scheduled to appear in court in Elliot Lake on May 6, 2008.
