NEWS RELEASE

************************* On Monday, September 1, City Police were called to a West End address regarding an assault and mischief complaint.

Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim and subsequently arrested a 50-year-old male.

It is alleged that the accused punched the victim twice in the face and threatened to kill him.

It is further alleged that the accused caused damage to the victim’s rental vehicle by striking it with a tree branch.

Charged with one count of threatening death and one count of mischief is Danny Saba, age 50 of 292 Hemlock Street Aptartment 1, Sudbury, Ont.

The victim did not require medical attention.
