************************* 39-year-old Dannie Mcdooling of 221 Albert Street East was arrested on the 12th of September at 2:24 p.m. on Albert Street East and charged with one count of breach of a release document.

It is alleged that the accused attended at the John Howard Society on King Street on the 12th of September at approximately 1:25 p.m. and at the time he was under the influence of alcohol.

The accused is on a release document with conditions not to consume any alcohol.
