Daniel Plastino, 54 years old, of Ascott Avenue was arrested and charged with assault and uttering threats after police were called to a family dispute in the city’s west end on March 3 at 4:30 p.m.

It is alleged that Daniel Plastino assaulted a male known to him and threatened to kill the victim and his family.

He will appear in court on April 7, 2014.
