************************* Crime of the Week – August 27

In the spotlight this week, is a break-and-enter that occurred on Highway 556 in Aweres Township.

We need your help in solving this crime.

Sometime between the 1st and 8th of June, thieves attended the rink shack in behind Aweres Public School.

The lock on the outbuilding was pried off and culprits left the scene with a red and black 12 horsepower Mastercraft snowblower.

Some modifications were made on the snow blower that makes it unique to the owners of the Aweres Recreational Committee.

This 10-year-old snowblower is valued at approximately $500.

Committing crimes isn’t funny, but solving them can earn you some money.
