The illegal trade in sport caught fish is taking place in many communities in Ontario.

Illegal trade ranges from individual anglers selling a few fish for fast cash to organized groups selling large numbers of fish to retail outlets and restaurants.

Wherever there is a buyer there will be a seller.

Buying and selling angler caught fish is illegal in Ontario.
