************************* The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service is continuing its investigation into the theft of a motor vehicle from Maple Leaf Motors located on Great Northern Road.

Sometime between the 24th and 26th of August, a red 1998 Ford Supercab was stolen from the parking lot.

The vehicle, which had suffered major damage, was recovered by the Ontario Provincial Police on Highway 638 east of Echo Bay on the 31st of August.

This vehicle was one of several that had been reported stolen from area dealerships in the past few weeks.

If you have any information that may assist the Police in apprehending the person or persons responsible, call Crime Stoppers. You will remain completely anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000 dollars.
