************************* Male arrested for breaching release document

Twenty-three-year-old Ryan Boyer of 61 Gemah Street, Garden River has been charged with one count of breach of recognizance.

The accused was observed by officers to be in a downtown restaurant in the company of a female he was not to associate or communicate with.

He was arrested just before 8 p.m, without incident and is scheduled for bail court today.

************************* Fifteen-year-old female, threatening

A 15-year-old female has been charged with three counts of threatening bodily harm.

It is believed that on the 26th of October the accused threatened to beat a female known to her.

On the 9th of December. the accused telephoned the same female and a male known to her and [allegedly] threatened to cut them.

She attended at the police service yesterday and was arrested by the investigating officer.

She will be appearing in court on the 20th of January.

************************* Male arrested on warrant

Fifty-two-year-old Timothy Donald Jones of 222 Albert Street East was arrested yesterday at 9:55 a.m. on an outstanding warrant, for failing to appear for his prints.

He is scheduled for court on the 19th of January.

************************* Fifteen-year-old arrested on warrant

A 15-year-old was arrested yesterday afternoon at 3:40 p.m. at her West End residence.

The accused was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear for prints.

She is scheduled to appear in court on the 20th of January.

************************** male arested for breaching undertaking

A 24-year-old male has been charged with one count of breaching his undertaking.

It is believed that the accused sent 10 texted messages to his ex-girlfriend.

At the time, the accused was on a release document stating not to molest, harass or annoy the victim.

He is scheduled for court on the 21st of January.

************************** Crimes against property

There was one break and enter reported to a home on First Avenue yesterday.

It is not known what, if anything, was taken at this time.
