Cops find a guy in Gord Royal's basement at 4 a.m.

NEWS RELEASE

********************* Just before 4 a.m. this morning City Police responded to an alarm at 118 March Street also known as Gord Royal Insurance.

Upon arrival, police observed a back window to be smashed out.

Norpro security advised they had observed one male person still in the building.

Upon searching the building City Police found 18-year-old Ernest John Solomon of 826 Second Line East hiding in the basement.

The accused has been charged with one count of break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence and one count of resist arrest.

He will be appearing in bail court today.
