Construction at Civic Centre closes west entrance

The closure will last four months while exterior construction is done overhead

The City of Sault Ste. Marie is providing notice to all citizens that the west accessible entrance of the Civic Centre will be temporarily closed beginning Monday, March 16.

This closure is due to exterior construction that will be moving overhead into that area.

The closure will last for approximately four months, until June 30, 2020. Visitors will be directed to use the main entrance and take caution when following the way-finding signage.

The City of Sault Ste. Marie strives to deliver its services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities and is committed to ensuring everyone has the same opportunities to access its services.

Those with accessibility requirements are asked to use the ramp at the main entrance. Further assistance upon entering the building can be provided by contacting City reception at 705-759-2500.
