U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has arrived this morning in Beirut, Lebanon as she begins a Middle East peace mission.
She's expected to meet both Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora and Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.
