CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE
********************* Between Friday and Sunday City Police received eight break and enter calls:
- on the 26th of June City Police attended at Prince Charles School on Northern Avenue just after 4 a.m. for a break and enter. Thieves made off with four computer towers
- sometime during the day time hours of June 26th thieves attempted to break into the Old Prince of Wales School without success
- on the 25th of June at 7 a.m. City Police attended at Sir James Dunn High School in regards to a possible break and enter. Someone had thrown rocks through a window but it did not appear that entry had been gained
- during the daytime hours of June 24 thieves attempted to break into a garage in the 100 block of Third Line East
- on the 24th of June in the afternoon hours a homeowner in the 100 block of Bellevue Avenue reported that sometime between June 15 and June 24 their garage was entered and a Craftsman Hammer Drill was stolen
- on the 25th of June between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. thieves entered a home in the 100 block of Terry Fox Place. It is unknown at this time if anything was taken
- sometime between 3 p.m. on the 25th of June and 1:30 a.m. on the 26th of June thieves entered a home in the 100 block of James Street and stole a stereo
- a home in the 500 block of Lake Street was entered during the evening hours last night. It is unknown if anything was taken
