************************* Forty-eight-year-old William Kozak of 351 Elizabeth Street was charged on the 15th of June at 3:23 p.m. at his residence with one count of possession of property obtained by crime.

It is alleged that on the 7th of June at approximately 11 a.m. the accused attended at a local scrap metal shop and sold five bags of rail anchors that had been reported stolen earlier in the day from Huron Central Railway on Oakland Avenue.

He is to appear in court on the 13th of July.
