Collision at Bay and Elgin leaves vehicle on its roof (update, 4 photos)

The cause of the collision remains under investigation

Sault Police, Fire Services and EMS attended a two vehicle collision at the corner of Bay and Elgin Streets at approximately 1:15 p.m. today.

A white SUV had overturned. A red four-door sedan suffered lesser damage.

Cst. Sonny Spina said the cause of the collision remains under investigation. There were no serious injuries reported, he said. Two ambulances were on-scene, however, no one was transported to hospital.

Traffic was diverted from Bay Street onto Elgin Street.
