RotaryFest is back and so is the Cognigni family.
Saultites Robin, Valerie and Danielle Cognigni have been coming to RotaryFest since they were little kids.
And they love it.
They love it so much that they've continued the tradition with their own kids.
They were there yesterday as the Homeniuk rides got started.
That's where they are seen with Morgan, Aidan, Curtis and Azlyn.
Today, RotaryFest events get underway at 11:30 a.m. with Lunch Al Fresco in Clergue Park and continue with more fun at the Steelworkers Inflatable Park, Essar Steel Playzone, the SportZone as well as the main stage and Second Stage venues for music and other events.
Most events are taking place in Clergue Park.
Continuing through Friday and into the evening, the downtown merchants add to the fun of RotaryFest with Downtown Days.
On Saturday the RotaryFest parade kicks off at 11 a.m.
The theme this year is Caribbean Carnival on Queen and the parade is presented by Brookfield Renewable Power.
