************************* Yesterday just before 5 p.m., City Police stopped and checked a vehicle on Albert Street East that resulted with the three male occupants inside being arrested and charged with drug-related offences after police allegedly found them to be in possession of 4.8 grams of crack cocaine and small amount of marijuana.

Charged were:

- Fifty-four-year-old David Saunders of 220 Central Street was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug of substance and one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

- Forty-year-old Nicolo Sardo of 251 Green Road, Stoney Creek Ontario was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance, one count of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance and two counts of breach of a release document. Officers also discovered that this accused was wanted on outstanding warrants for breaching release documents and further was breaching his recognizance order curfew conditions and was not to possess any drug or controlled substances. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

- Thirty-six-year-old Daniel Sennette of 1310 Pineshores Road, Goulais River Ontario was charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance. He is to appear in court on the 29th of March.
