Clash reported on Carufel Avenue

CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE ************************ On the 19th of April shortly before 9 a.m., 26-year-old Martin Simone Vine of 109 Carufel Avenue [allegedly] assaulted a male known to him.

************************ On the 19th of April shortly before 9 a.m., 26-year-old Martin Simone Vine of 109 Carufel Avenue [allegedly] assaulted a male known to him.

It is alleged that the accused and the victim became involved in a verbal argument at 109 Careful Avenue apartment #5.

The accused Martin Vine then proceeded to choke the victim from behind.

The victim fled the scene and called police from a neighboring apartment.

City Police responded and the accused was arrested.

Martin Vine has been charged with one count of assault and one count of breach of release document.

He is to appear in court on May 29.
