************************* Impaired driver stuck in front yard

Sault OPP were called to a residence on Highway 638 Garden River First Nation at 4:43 a.m. Friday morning in regards to a noise complaint involving a vehicle making a lot of noise trying to get unstuck.

Unknown to the complainant was the fact that the vehicle in question was his own and it was stuck in his front yard.

Arrested for impaired driving, breach of probation, driving while disqualified, theft over $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and mischief under $5,000 is Christopher Ian Moar, age 26, of 642 Wellington Street, Sault Ste. Marie.

Moar is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
