Saultbie Chris Thorburn is expected to make his NHL debut tonight with Buffalo Sabres.

Thorburn was called up Friday from the Sabre's AHL affiliate in Rochester, and media reports indicate he will definitely be on the ice, wearing #47, when his team faces San Jose Sharks at 8 p.m. tonight.

Interestingly, former Soo Greyhound Joe Thornton will be suiting up for the first time tonight with the Sharks, wearing #19 and playing alongside his cousin Scott.
