Chantale (allegedly) blows through red light. Fails breath test

CITY POLICE NEWSRELEASE ************************* On April 14, 2013 at approximately 3:05 a.m. Chantale Fernand Morin, age 28 of 44 Grace Street was arrested for consuming over the legal limit while having care and control of a motor vehicle.

On April 14, 2013 at approximately 3:05 a.m. Chantale Fernand Morin, age 28 of 44 Grace Street was arrested for consuming over the legal limit while having care and control of a motor vehicle.

It is alleged that the accused went through a red light at Gore and Wellington Street and pulled into Macs Mart at 187 Gore Street.

A road side screening device was administered and a fail was registered.

Further tests were completed at the city police station and the accused was found to be over the legal limit.

The accused will appear in court on May 27, 2013 at 9 a.m.
