Celestta accused of leaving the scene. Faces slew of charges

On the 25th of July officers were responding to a hit and run accident on Rossmore Road which led them to Peoples Road where they located the hit and run vehicle.

At 993 Peoples Road 21 year old Celestta Fleury-Vincent was arrested and charged with impaired driving, over 80 mg, fail to remain, take motor vehicle without consent and breach of probation.

Miss Fleury-Vincent will appear in court on Monday August 25th.

No injuries were reported as a result of the accident.
