OPP NEWS RELEASE

************************* Motor vehicle crash results in impaired driving charges

LAIRD TWP, ON - At 7:30 p.m. on Sunday the 27th of June Sault Ste. Marie OPP investigated a motor vehicle collision between a tractor trailer and a Pontiac Bonneville.

The tractor trailer which was eastbound on Highway 17 was struck by the northbound Pontiac traveling on Calabogi Road. Neither driver was injured.

Charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level in excess of the legal limit is Carole Naslaovar, age 64, of 89 Pine Street in Sault Ste Marie.

Ms. Naslaovar is also charged with failing to yield contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
