With Ontario's auditor-general set to release findings tomorrow from his investigation into the eHealth spending scandal, Health Minister David Caplan has resigned, the Canadian Press is reporting tonight.
The auditor-general's report is expected to expose favoritism and other problems in the awarding of eHealth contracts.
