************************* CEO of YMCA Canada to address Sault Family YMCA annual general meeting

SAULT STE. Marie - Martin Wyant, chief executive officer for the Sault Family YMCA, is pleased to announce that Michael Weil, president and chief executive officer of YMCA Canada, will address the Sault Family YMCA’s 106th annual general meeting at Lop Lop’s Gallery and Lounge on Queen Street East m Monday, September 24, 2007, at 7 p.m.

As a long-time member of the YMCA family, Mr. Weil has made significant contributions to healthy communities, social development and community economic development in Canada through his involvement in a wide variety of initiatives at local and national levels.

"I am excited to welcome Micheal to our community and to have him address our annual general meeting,” said Wyant. ”I am also looking forward to sharing some of our plans with our members, staff, volunteers and community leaders.”

The theme of the 106th annual general meeting is Building Strength; as a community institution, the Sault Family YMCA has helped build the strength of kids, families and our community for the last 107 years.
