Caleb Seaton faces a slew of charges over Gore St. incident

On April 7, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. Caleb Seaton, age 22 of 99 Letcher Street entered a residence on Gore Street and confronted an adult male who was there.

Seaton broke a jar on the male’s head and then threatened to harm him with a knife.

Seaton then stole a small quantity of cash and a cell phone from the victim.

Before leaving the home Seaton attempted to tie the victim up and threatened to kill him.

The male victim received injuries that required treatment at the hospital.

On April 14 Police Officers arrested and charged Seaton with Threatening Death, Robbery, Assault with a Weapon, Aggravated Assault and Forcible Confinement.

He will appear in bail court on April 15.
