Caleb SEATON age 21 of 472 Wellington Street East, was arrested on June 5, 2012.

Police were called to the 200 block of Wellington regarding 2 people going through vehicles.

A check of the area by police was done and 2 persons matching the description were checked. As a result the accused was found to be in possession of drugs and charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, breach of probation x 3 and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public (bear mace).

The accused will appear in bail court on the 6_^th day of June 2012.
