Busy weekend for theft and mischief

**************************** Break And Enters

A residence in the 700 block of Wellington Street West was forcibly entered through a basement door sometime during the night of the 17th or 18th of November 2011.

A Craftsman table saw was taken.

A residence before the 100 block of Panoramic Drive was entered through a basement window sometime during the evening hours of the 17th of November 2011.

A television was stolen.

A residence on Riverview Avenue was entered through an unlocked door sometime during the evening hours of the 18th of November 2011.

Alcohol and electronics were taken.

A residence in the 500 block of Fifth Line East was entered through an unlocked door sometime during the evening hours of the 19th of November 2011.

Several video games, a laptop, a “Wii” and X-Box game consoles, and jewelry were stolen.

Theft From Vehicles

Cheques were stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of Kingsford Road

$20 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block of Farewell Terrace

Assorted change was stolen from a vehicle on Holden Street

A vehicle ownership was stolen from a vehicle in the 100 block of Churchill Avenue

Undetermined items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 200 block of Kingsford Road

Front and rear plates were stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the 200 block of Cathcart Street

A tailgate was stolen for a truck that was parked near number four gate at Essar Steel

Mischief

Screens on several windows were cut at Parkland School (54 Amber Street).

A window was smashed to a residence in the 500 block of Queen Street East

Tires were slashed on a vehicle that was parked in the 300 block of Cathcart Street

Tires were slashed on a vehicle that was parked in the 1100 block of Goulais Avenue. This vehicle was also spray painted.
