President George W. Bush will travel to Texas tomorrow in response to the expected landfall of Hurricane Gustav.
He's expected to also visit Louisiana once weather conditions allow.
Earlier today, a White House spokesperson said that the president almost certainly will not make a planned address tomorrow night to the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota.
