Burning pickup truck found on White Pines football field

Sault St. Marie Fire Services was called to the football field at White Pines Collegiate and Vocational School around 11:50 p.m. yesterday, where they found a 1990 GMC pickup truck, flipped onto its roof and burning.

Sault St. Marie Fire Services was called to the football field at White Pines Collegiate and Vocational School around 11:50 p.m. yesterday, where they found a 1990 GMC pickup truck, flipped onto its roof and burning. A group of youth was seen fleeing the area.

As SooToday.com reported earlier today, major damage also occurred overnight to the football field at Sir James Dunn Collegiate and Vocational School.
