Special Olympic athletes and supporters celebrate success while raising money at a gala fundraiser this weekend

The Special Olympics Ontario 2019 Games Committee hosted 'A Night with the Stars,' showcasing the incredible talent of their athletes in preparation for the games, which will be hosted here in the Sault for the first time since 2001.

This is the first time that this fundraising gala has taken place in the Sault.

The committee has successfully raised $440,000 for the cause out of their $600,000 goal.
