Brian Hogg charged with impaired driving

************************* Don't drink and drive

ELLIOT LAKE, ON - While on general patrol December 7, 2008, officers noticed a vehicle in the snow bank at the intersection of Hillside Drive North and Highway 108 in the city of Elliot Lake.

At approximately 12:21 a.m. officers approached the vehicle and through investigation charged the driver.

Charged with impaired operation and exceed 80 is Brian Herbert Hogg (41) of Elliot Lake.

Hogg is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on February 3, 2009.
