************************* Bradley Robinson, age 41, of 1602 Ryan Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, will appear in bail court today.

It is alleged that at approximately 12:05 a.m. this morning Mr. Robinson was operating his vehicle on Wellington Street West while under the influence of alcohol.

The accused was arrested by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and transported to the police station for the purpose of providing a breath sample.

The accused [allegedly] refused to provide a sample at the station.

Further investigation by police revealed that the accused was under two separate criminal code driving suspensions.

As a result, the accused was charged with one count of impaired driving, one count of failure to provide breath sample and two counts of driving while disqualified.
