Big pot bust on Korah Road this morning

Members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Street Team and the Emergency Services Unit executed a search warrant in the 400 block of Korah Road on Monday morning.

A quantity of marijuana plants with an estimated street value of $243,000 was located and seized.

Charged with production of marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking in marijuana is 40-year-old Hugh Davin McLaughlin.

He is scheduled to appear in bail Court on June 19.
