************************* Male arrested for drug possession and causing a disturbance

Eighteen-year-old Mark Shuttleworth of 124 Willowdale was arrested on the 11th of August at 10:19 p.m. on Taskar Drive and charged with one count of causing a disturbance and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

It is alleged that around 9:10 p.m. last night, City Police received a call regarding a large party [not exactly as illustrated] in the Birchwood Park area.

When police arrived in the area, the accused [allegedly] caused a disturbance by yelling and swearing at the officers.

When he was arrested, he was found in possession of a small amount of hash oil.

He is to appear in court on the 14th of September.
