************************* One male charged
ELLIOT LAKE, ON - The East Algoma OPP has arrested and charged a local male resulting from an incident on June 19, 2010.
On the night in question, police spoke with the victim and learned that he had been on his was back to residence driving his bicycle when the subject approached him.
Words were exchanged and the subject allegedly punched the victim.
Charged with the following is Gerard Hinks (20) of Elliot Lake:
- Assault - Fail to comply X2.
Hinks remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
