****************************** Twenty-eight-year-old Bradley Hallaert of #4-54 Albert Street West was arrested yesterday at 10:10 p.m. on Queen Street West and charged with three counts of breach of a release document.

It is alleged that around 10:10 p.m. last evening, the accused was drinking at a downtown bar last evening with a male that he is on recognizance conditions not to associate with.

He [allegedly] further breached his conditions by consuming alcohol, entering an establishment where alcohol is sold and not abiding by his curfew order to be in his residence by 7 p.m.
