************************* Heads were turning and people were stopping to get a look at three vintage automobiles that were parked in the downtown this afternoon.

The trio were part of Cross Canada Cruisers - a group of people who are traveling across Canada to spread the gospel.

They were the guests of Scripture Gift and Book Shop at 492 Queen St. East.

Last week, the trio set out from British Columbia with plans to link up with a team from the east coast later this month in Toronto.

Models included a 1952 Lincoln Capri Coupe, a 1956 Mercury Montclair Sport Coupe and a 1955 Buick Riviera Super Coupe.
