A collision involving a mini van and a pickup truck has snarled traffic on Bay Street just before the Ermatinger-Clergue National Historic Site where the Sault Ste. Marie Poutine Feats is currently underway. The two lefthand lanes are closed as police investigate and the scene gets cleared.
Police, fire and ambulance all attended the scene. At least one of the involved vehicles appears to have suffered significant damage.
It is unknown at this time if any injuries were reported.
Motorists are cautioned to avoid the area.
