************************* Twenty-one-year-old Stacey Crowe of 116 Albert Street East was arrested on the 16th of September at a centrally located residence and charged with one count of threaten death or bodily harm and one count of breach of a release document.

It is alleged that on the 16th of September the accused called a female known to her on the phone and threatened to get her and to send several persons after her.

While police were taking the report from the victim, it is alleged that the accused showed up at her residence and at the time the accused was on a recognizance with conditions not to attend at that address.
