Bad idea: Get drunk, steal car, drive wrong way on Queen, meet up with cops

20 year old Kyle Gillingham of 16 Lewis Road has been charged with impaired driving, operating a motor vehicle exceeding the legal limits of alcohol, theft and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Officers were westbound on Queen at Bingham Street when they were confronted with an oncoming vehicle travelling eastbound the wrong way on Queen Street.

The driver was found to be intoxicated and the vehicle stolen from the parking lot of a bar. Gillingham will appear in court on 15 April 2013.
