************************* Police respond to house fire on Bonney Street

At 4:03 a.m. this morning the Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services and Police Services responded to a house fire in the 800 block of Bonney Street.

There was no one inside the residence at the time of the fire.

The residence received extensive damage.

The cause of the fire is not known at this time.

Fire and Police Services are continuing the investigation.
