************************* Man charged with criminal harassment
Yesterday evening, City Police arrested a 66-year-old male on a charge of criminal harassment.
It is alleged that on April 17, the accused began staring in the window of his neighbour.
The accused is then said to have gone into his garage, gotten an axe and made chopping motions with the axe while walking towards the neighbour.
Michael Scarfone, age 66 of 40 Wigle Street is charged with one count of criminal harassment.
Mr. Scarfone will be appearing in court on May 25 at 9 a.m.
