NEWS RELEASE
************************* Yesterday afternoon at approximately 12:50 p.m., City Police were called to the Zellers Store at 306 Northern Avenue regarding a shoplifter.
It is alleged that the accused attended in the games section of Zellers and concealed six Nintendo DS games, valued at $129.94, in her bag and then left the store without making any attempt to pay for the items.
She was apprehended outside the store by store security and turned over to police.
Charged with one count of theft under $5,000 is Jennifer Adams, age 26, of 108 Albert Street East.
She will be appearing in court on January 19 at 9 a.m.
